Withdrawal Policy
This page explains exactly how withdrawals work on EarnQuix so there are no surprises. Withdrawals are processed directly to your UPI ID.

Wallet balances are bookkeeping until paid out. Withdrawals may need identity or payment verification. False UPI or bank details may permanently block payouts.
Step-by-step
- Open the EarnQuix app and tap the Wallet tab.
- Tap Withdraw.
- Enter your UPI ID (e.g.
yourname@okhdfcbank) and the amount. - Confirm. You'll receive a push notification when the payout is initiated and another when it lands.
What can delay a payout
- Wrong UPI ID. The bank rejects the transfer; the amount is returned to your wallet within 24 hours and you can re-submit.
- Banking maintenance windows. NPCI maintenance typically falls on weekend nights — payouts queue and clear once the window ends.
- Fraud review. If your account triggers our fraud signals (e.g. suspicious sign-up patterns, rapid offer farming), we hold the payout and investigate. We resolve cases within 72 hours and contact you over email if anything is needed from you.
What we do not do
- We do not lock balances behind referral milestones (your task earnings are yours immediately).
- We do not require KYC for ordinary withdrawal amounts.
- We do not send WhatsApp or Telegram messages asking for OTP, PIN, or money.
- We do not run "high-VIP" tiers, deposit schemes, or paid memberships.
Refunds
EarnQuix is a free-to-use rewards platform. There are no purchases, so there is nothing to refund. Earnings credited in error (e.g. partner-side double postback) may be reversed; you'll see the reversal in your earning history with a clear reason.
Disputes
If a withdrawal is missing more than 48 hours after initiation, email support@earnquix.com with your registered mobile and the approximate time of withdrawal. We investigate every case and respond within 1 business day.
Reporting scams
If anyone — by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email — claims to be from EarnQuix and asks you to pay any amount, share OTP, or share UPI PIN, please:
- Do not pay.
- Take a screenshot.
- Email it to support@earnquix.com.
- Block the sender.
We use these reports to take down fake pages and to warn other users in the app.
