These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EarnQuix mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By signing up or continuing to use the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
EarnQuix lets you discover advertiser offers and verification tasks. Reward availability, amounts and timing depend on advertisers, partners, and our internal checks. We may change, pause, or remove features with reasonable notice.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter contracts in your country.
- Provide accurate sign-in and payout details.
- One account per person, unless we say otherwise.
- You can't sell, rent or transfer your account.
- False age or identity may result in account suspension.
3. Rewards & partner offers
- Reward values shown are estimates pending partner validation.
- We may withhold, adjust or revoke credits if an offer is reversed, duplicated, fraudulent, outside campaign rules, or where the partner reverses payout.
- Automation, click farms, emulator farms, scripts — strictly prohibited.
4. Wallet & withdrawals
- Wallet balances are bookkeeping until paid out.
- Withdrawals may need identity or payment verification.
- Minimum amounts, fees and processing windows are shown in the app.
- False UPI or bank details may permanently block payouts.

5. TDS & Tax compliance
As per Indian tax laws, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) may be applicable on rewards above ₹10,000 per financial year. Users are responsible for declaring earnings as per their tax bracket. We may request PAN details for compliance.
6. User conduct
Don't:
- Hack the app or reverse engineer our systems.
- Harass other users or impersonate EarnQuix support.
- Scrape proprietary systems or upload malware.
- Post illegal, hateful, explicit, misleading or gambling content.
- Fake completions or run multiple accounts to get around limits.
- Use VPNs, emulators, or modified APKs to manipulate offers.
Violations result in earnings reversal and account suspension.
7. Referral program
Each user gets a referral code. When a new user signs up using your code on a brand-new mobile number and completes the milestone listed in-app, your reward is credited automatically. Self-referrals, fake numbers, and bot signups are reversed.
8. Intellectual property
Our branding, visuals and UX are protected. You get a limited personal licence to use the app as offered. Don't copy our trademarks or assets for competing services.
9. Disclaimers
The app is provided "AS IS". We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any specific offer will always be available. Third-party links open at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our directors, employees, and partners) are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of EarnQuix. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount in your wallet at the time of the claim.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or regulatory concern. You can stop using the app anytime. Unredeemed balances may be forfeited if forfeiture is consistent with law after notice where required.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that can't be waived.
13. Contact & grievances
For complaints, write to support@earnquix.com with your registered mobile number. We try to acknowledge substantive grievances within a reasonable period, in line with applicable timelines.
14. Updates
We may amend these Terms by posting the revised version in-app and on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, unless you stop using the service.
