Account
I'm not getting the OTP
Check that you typed your number correctly and that your phone has SMS service. Operators sometimes throttle bulk SMS during peak hours; wait 30 seconds and tap "Resend OTP". If it still doesn't arrive, email us with your mobile number.
I changed my number — can I move my account?
Yes. Email support@earnquix.com from a context that proves it's you (e.g. previous wallet balance, last task, registered email if added). We'll move your account to the new number within one business day.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email us from your registered identity and we'll delete identifying data per our Privacy Policy (identifying info within 90 days; financial records kept for 7 years for tax compliance). Withdraw your wallet first — once the account is deleted we cannot pay it out.
Earnings
I completed an offer but didn't get the reward
Most offers credit within minutes of the partner sending us a postback. Some offers (deposit, KYC) can take up to 72 hours because the partner verifies the action on their side first. If 72 hours pass with no credit, email us with the offer name and approximate completion time.
Why did my reward get reversed?
We reverse rewards only when the partner network reverses the conversion (typically because their fraud check flagged the action — for example, you uninstalled the app within minutes, or used a VPN/emulator). The reason is shown in your earning history.
Wallet & Withdrawals
How do I withdraw?
Wallet tab → Withdraw → enter your UPI ID and amount → Confirm. Money lands in minutes during banking hours, up to 24 hours on weekends/holidays.
My withdrawal is still pending
UPI typically settles in seconds to minutes. If it's been more than 24 hours, the bank may have rejected the transfer (wrong UPI ID is the most common reason). The amount returns to your wallet automatically within 24 hours; you can re-submit with a corrected UPI ID.
Will I be charged any fee?
No. EarnQuix never charges withdrawal, verification, GST, or upgrade fees. Anyone asking you to pay is impersonating us — please report and block.
What's the minimum withdrawal?
Minimum amounts are shown on the Wallet screen in-app — kept low so new users can cash out quickly. We process all withdrawals within 24 hours during banking days.
Referrals
How do I share my code?
Open the app → Refer & Earn tab → tap WhatsApp / Telegram / More. Or copy your invite link directly. Friends who already have the app can also type your 7-character invite code on their login screen.
My friend signed up but I didn't get my referral reward
Referral rewards trigger after the referred friend completes the milestone listed in the app (completes 2-3 distinct partner offers). Until that milestone is reached, the referral shows as "in progress". You'll get a push notification the moment it credits. Self-referrals and fake numbers don't count.
Privacy & Safety
I got a WhatsApp from "EarnQuix" asking me to pay
It's a scam. We never message you on WhatsApp or Telegram, and we never ask for money or OTP. Report the message to us with a screenshot at support@earnquix.com.
Is my data safe?
We use HTTPS encryption for all API calls, store auth tokens hashed, and require fresh OTP for sensitive operations. We don't sell your data to third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and why.
What age do I need to be?
You must be 18 years or older to use EarnQuix. If we find an underage account, we close it and reverse all earnings.
