This Privacy Policy explains how EarnQuix handles your data, in plain English. Read this together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies when you install, sign in to, or browse offers within EarnQuix. It does not cover third-party websites you may open from inside the app.
2. What we collect
- Account
- Mobile number, OTPs, referral or device tokens you share.
- Profile
- Name or email if you add it.
- Activity
- Offer/task progress, wallet events, withdrawal requests, attached proofs.
- Diagnostics
- Error logs, timestamps, basic device info.
- Messaging
- Firebase token if you allow notifications.
What we don't collect: We don't read your SMS, contacts, photos, or call logs. We don't store your bank or card details. We don't sell your data to third parties. We don't knowingly target users below 13.
3. Why we use it
- To verify you and prevent fraud and duplicate accounts.
- To credit or reverse rewards.
- To fulfil withdrawals.
- To analyse performance and improve the app.
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal requirements.
- To send important notices (including push messages you allow).
4. Who we share with
Trusted processors that help us run the app:
- Cloud hosting — for app infrastructure.
- Firebase — for notifications and analytics.
- SMS/email providers — for verification and support.
Advertisers see only what's needed to validate the offer you started. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. How long we keep data
For as long as your account is active and a reasonable period afterward for accounting, tax, fraud investigation and disputes. Some logs may be aggregated or anonymised earlier. Closed accounts: identifying info is deleted within 90 days; financial records are kept for 7 years to comply with Indian tax law.
6. How we keep it safe
- Encryption in transit for all API calls (HTTPS).
- Secure token storage on devices.
- Restricted access to production systems.
- Auth tokens stored hashed.
- Sensitive operations require fresh OTP.
No method is perfectly secure — let us know immediately if you suspect access you didn't authorise.
7. Your choices & rights
- Access — email us and we'll send you everything we have on you within 30 days.
- Correction — update your profile in-app, or email us.
- Deletion — request account deletion via email; we'll wipe identifying data per the retention rule above.
- Portability — get your earning history as a CSV by email.
To exercise rights, email support@earnquix.com from your registered mobile so we can verify ownership.
You can disable notifications anytime in your phone's settings.
8. International transfers
Some processors (like Google Firebase) may store data outside India. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable guidance.
9. Children
EarnQuix is not directed to anyone under 18. If we find an underage account, we close it and reverse all earnings.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect this. Material changes may be highlighted via in-app banners or push.
